Extreme Row- Advanced rowers only, this will be a tougher workout row with power-ups, racing style, maybe even a bucket! Water breaks are limited to single rower call outs while the rest of the boat continues. Final say regarding the training protocol on this row is up to the boat steerer for that day. No talking over 60% unless permitted by the boat steerer and you can maintain stroke rate, form, and power.
